At Hooked on Pickin, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return Eligibility
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date your order is delivered. Unfortunately, if 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition in which it was received

Be returned in its original packaging

Include all accessories, manuals, and original components

Be free from odors, smoke, pet hair, stains, or damage caused after delivery
A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Vintage, Antique & Liquidation Merchandise
Hooked on Pickin specializes in vintage, antique, pre-owned, customer return, shelf-pull, overstock, closeout, and liquidation merchandise.
Many of these items may show normal wear, manufacturer packaging damage, shelf wear, age-related imperfections, or cosmetic flaws. We carefully inspect items and describe any major defects we observe; however, minor imperfections consistent with age or previous ownership should be expected.
Product photos are intended to represent the item as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, and individual monitor settings.
Non-Returnable Items

Auction Items
All auction purchases are sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties expressed or implied.
Descriptions and photographs are provided to the best of our ability. By placing a bid, buyers acknowledge they have reviewed all available information and accept the item in its current condition.
Auction purchases are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations.
Mystery Boxes
Mystery Box purchases are final.
Because the contents are intentionally unknown before purchase, Mystery Boxes are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the items arrive damaged due to shipping.
Live Sale Purchases
Items purchased during our YouTube, Facebook, or other live sales are considered final sale unless:

We shipped the wrong item, or
-
The item arrives damaged due to shipping.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Packages Marked Delivered
Once a package has been marked Delivered by the shipping carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
If your package is missing after delivery, please first contact the shipping carrier. We will gladly assist with filing a claim when possible.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
Hooked on Pickin is not responsible for packages shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
Packages returned due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery may be subject to additional shipping charges before being resent.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted for:

Books with obvious signs of use

Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

Items returned with missing parts or accessories not due to our error

Items damaged after delivery

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery (if accepted)
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or denial of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within several business days. Processing times vary by financial institution.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:

Sale Items
Only regular-priced merchandise may be refunded.
Sale, clearance, closeout, discontinued, liquidation, and final sale items cannot be refunded unless they were damaged during shipping or shipped incorrectly.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged during shipping, or if we shipped the incorrect item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged shipment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, any applicable return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
If you are returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.
Order Cancellations
Orders begin processing shortly after they are placed. Because of this, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has been submitted.

Right to Refuse Returns
